How Do I get started?
Contact us and we will book your dates!
- We will ship all of your supplies the week prior to your event so you can prepare for your launch event!
Pass out all of the materials to your group and show them the appropriate kickoff video!
How does my participants earn Gift cards?
Participants are rewarded 1 point for every $6 sold regardless if the item was purchased online or through the catalog.
180 points = $100 gift card to favorite store
90 points = $50 gift card to favorite store
60 points = $25 gift card to favorite store
40 points = $15 gift card to iTunes, Google, Sonic or Starbucks
18 points = $5 gift card to Sonic or Starbucks
* Participants will only be awarded 1 gift card, levels are not accumulative.
Can my customers order online, if so how?
Yes, have your customers simply visit our website to shop.
During checkout you will be asked if this order is for a fundraiser, simply click yes and then it will prompt you to input the organization name and participant name.
How do I track my online sales?
Click the Online Sales Dashboard above and log in to see your online sales.
How will my orders be delivered?
Most orders are individually sorted and boxed by participant.
They will be delivered to your classroom or front reception area by our personal delivery service.
In some instances either do to distance or order size it may be more cost effective to ship via FedEx.
In an effort to save you money we will ask you if you would like us to presort the orders by participant or not. If participants choose to use the code SHIPTOSCHOOL on their online order, it will waive the shipping fee and those orders will be held and delivered to the school at the conclusion of the fundraiser along with the bulk catalog orders.
Once I submit my order forms, how long does it take for my fundraiser to be delivered?
Once orders are submitted, it typically takes about 2 weeks.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Groups that are tax exempt will need to provide documentation. Online sales do not qualify for tax exemption status.
If your organization is not tax exempt, sales tax will be built in to the price of each item and subtracted out at the end of the fundraiser.
