Most groups elect to run their fundraising event between 2 - 4 weeks. This is typically a short enough time to keep your team focused and engaged. They will need to take the supplies provided and visit everyone they know. Your group will collect full payment for each item sold at the time the order is placed. Once your organization has completed the fundraising event, the chair person will review the orders and mail them to Scents of Soy in the pre- paid envelope provided. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to fulfill and deliver the orders. Each participant’s order will be sorted and boxed for easy distribution.
